Video: 'It's Old Age' - President Akufo Addo Struggles To Cut A Ribbon To Commission National Mosque

A viral video sighted by mother of all leaks and authentic information, Phelad Media Gh, gives an account of President Akufo Addo struggling to cut a ceremonial ribbon to commission the National Mosque.

Looking as if the president's sight has failed him, he made about for attempts before finally being able to cut the ribbon to open the Ghana National Mosque which currently holds the record of being the largest in West Africa.

Once. Twice. Trice and fourth time. That was the number of times the president tried cutting the ribbon although he held the other end of the ribbon with his left hand and tried in the right hand with the scissors to cut the ribbon for the commissioning.

Ghanaians as usual have reacted with apprehension especially when Akufo-Addo was unable to hold the scissors properly to locate the ribbon and cut it.

Many believe President Akufo-Addo is struggling with old age which is making it difficult for him to be functional at times. With a shaky unstable hand, it had to take him four attempts to cut the ribbon with the scissors.

At age 77, many Ghanaians believe that the president is struggling with old age and that manifested on the day of the commissioning of the National Mosque making him struggled to cut the ribbon.
